What we collect
If you use a form on this site we collect what you type in it: your name, email address, website and eBay store addresses if you give them, what you sell, and any notes. That's it. We don't run tracking pixels, advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this site.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you and to send you the review or audit you asked for. We don't add you to a newsletter unless you ask, and we never sell or share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Form submissions arrive as email to info@maxxd.co.uk and are kept for as long as we're talking to you, then deleted within 12 months of the last contact.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time: email info@maxxd.co.uk or call 01246 488888.
Hosting
This site is hosted in the UK on infrastructure managed by dijitul. Standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) are kept for security and deleted on a rolling basis. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
