Home/Free fitment audit
Free · no sales call

Find out where your fitment is costing you sales.

Send us your website and eBay store. We'll run ten checks a parts specialist would run, and send back a short, honest report: what's wrong, what it's costing you, and what to fix first.

The ten checks

What we look at.

These are the things that separate parts businesses that convert from ones that field "will it fit?" emails all day. Most sites fail at least four.

01Vehicle-first navigation. Can a customer get from "here's my car" to "here's what fits" in one step — reg lookup or YMM — or do they have to guess?
02Fitment on the product page. Is there a real compatibility table with years, engines and notes, or a paragraph that says "fits most models"?
03Fitment data quality. Duplicates, overlapping years, petrol/diesel mix-ups, the facelift problem. We sample your catalogue and check.
04eBay compatibility coverage. What share of your listings have compatibility, how complete it is, and whether it matches your website.
05eBay item specifics & structure. Brand, MPN, OE numbers, placement, variations — filled properly or left as "Does not apply"?
06Part-number search. Does your site find the product when someone types the OE number, a cross-ref, or the superseded number off the old part?
07Structured data. Product, Offer, Brand, MPN and vehicle compatibility markup — is Google being told what fits what?
08Vehicle & system landing pages. Do you have a page for "Mk7 Fiesta ST suspension", or does that search go to a competitor?
09Shopping feed health. Disapprovals, vague titles, missing fitment attributes, wrong categories — the things that waste ad budget.
10The returns question. Based on all of the above: where are your "doesn't fit" returns most likely coming from, and which fix removes the most of them?

Questions

About the audit

Is it really free?
Yes. No cost, no obligation, and no sales call unless you ask for one. We do it because it's the fastest way to show what we know — and because it's how most of our client relationships start.
What do I get back?
A short written report — usually two to four pages — covering what we found across the ten checks, what it's likely costing you, and the three things we'd fix first, in order. Written by a person, not generated.
How long does it take?
Typically three to five working days. Larger catalogues or multiple eBay stores may take a little longer, and we'll tell you if so.
Will you need access to anything?
No. Everything in the audit is done from the outside — your public site, your public eBay store and what Google shows. If you want a deeper look at feeds or analytics afterwards, that's a separate conversation.
